I went to investigate and turns out that the person who found my wallet took stuff from it and tried to get rid of it by throwing it in a trashcan. A teacher found it in the trash can and bought it to one of the facilities. My middle school memories were in that subway card and it had a rare design on it, the other one was given as a gift this christmas from my Dad's girlfriend

Update: My wallet has been found but the Bastard took not only my money but also a precious giftcards that was given to me about 4 years ago for memories sake, a picture of me in the 3rd grade, Japanese and American money, and almost took my credit card.
