I'm a cliche soul.
I enjoy the sound of rain against window panes and the smell of crinkled book pages. I spend my nights contemplating things which don't matter much and my days avoiding those things which do. My happy place has always been between the pages of a book or the twinkling sheen of the silver screen. I long for fame and take my personal space for granted. I want to be the protagonist in a world full of background characters. I want to shine, to be seen.. yet I still want to slip away to the comfort of my sheets with a warm mug of cider and a yet-to-be-cracked spine. Cliche doesn't seem so bad anymore.
