          	I loved Monrovia, but Buchanan was the best. I really wish I could go back. 
          	I agree that Liberia has American influences, but it stays true to it's African Identity. It is amazing.

@xxbroken_angel17xx   This time I was able to post on your board. Bolahun is located up north on Lofa County in the Kolahun District. Travel three miles in the direction of  Foyah Market and the border of Sierra Leone beyond. Turn left and drive five miles.
          
          The tallest structure there is St. Mary's Church.
          
          Most tourists would not consider Monrovia or Buchanan, but I was having the time of my life there.
          
          You'll find that my  Liberian characters speaking Liberian English the way they do on Waterside in Monrovia.
          
          If you had a fraction of the fun that I had, then it was well worth your visit.
          
          Liberia bears unmistakable American influence on its culture while retaining its own awesome African identity.
          
          I'm sure you'll agree.
