"You're a silent reader" roared the empty noise.
"Yes, I know. Maugham, Marquez, Emile Zola, Joyce, Woolf, Murakami, Chekov, Dostoevsky and thousand others accused me of the same thing." I replied.

Dear super talented young authors, when a reader shares their disappointment over certain things about your work, they're not attacking you. You can only voice your disappointment/sadness for the things you love.

Next time if a reader writes a polite note about your work (sans using any profanities) and apologises in advance for their comment try to see both the postive and negative sides they're trying express.

Your rude comebacks will do nothing but help that reader lose their admiration for your work and respect for you as human being!

A good writer welcomes constructive criticism. Without any kind of analysis it no more remains a book, but just a few pages that contain compilation of words in a legible sequence.

This is one of the primary reasons why I could manage to follow only one writer on this platform til date.

If you act as a snooty writer, I can proudly be a snobbish reader!
