Summary: The protagonist, Lex, reflects on his past with Maris Lourdes Torres (Chaos), the girl who would change his life. He hints at a tragic breakup and the mysterious circumstances of his time travel. Lex finds himself transported back to 2006, but he's unsure how or why it's happening. The chapter sets the stage for the complex timeline and reveals the stakes of Lex's journey.
