I am so upset right now. I was writing in Wattpad and if you didn’t know I have all my stories on this one document, so I can publish all of them in different parts eventually. Anywho I was writing away and I hit the undo button and all of my writing is gone. Anyone know how to fix it?

Life can be tough.
          It’s true.
          But so are you,
          And you can and will make it through this.
          If you’re feeling scared or unsure,
          I’ll be right behind you, 
          making sure you don’t fall down.
          I’ll be right there beside you,
          Holding your hand.
          Making sure you are okay, 
          even when it’s been a bad day
          I’ll still stand there by your side,
          Because I love you and don’t want you to end your life.
          Because I know you’re a beautiful addition to my world,
          And the stars themselves would whisper your name in sorrowful remembrance,
          The oceans large and wide would cry out in agony,
          So too will the sunrise dim, no longer shedding the same glee-filled light,
          Because the earth itself would stop turning,
          The birds would sing a funeral song,
          And the innumerable grains of sand in the ocean could not come close to how much your presence and life would be missed.
          Because the world is incomplete with out your shine, 
          without your brilliant ideas,
          Without your heartwarming smile
          Without your star filled eyes,
          Emotions swirling with unspoken words.
          The world would stop turning.
          
          So I came to send some encouragement your way.
          Your friends love you dearly,
          It may be hard for you to comprehend,
          But listen here as I say,
          You are loved to no end.
