Red date is one of ingredients to make healthy soup. You can just boil it in water and let the water absorb its essence until the water change its color, then simply serve it in a bowl. But the taste of that serving would never be enough and complete, because red date is just one of the ingredients needed to make a good soup and if it be used alone, the soup's taste would be bland. The soup would need another ingredient to make it better. Hopefully, I can find one or two or more best ingredients to compliment the red date soup that I'm about to make in my lifetime.
