@twstre You’re welcome! I think your story is really unique and loving the where you’re going with Haedes’ character. Curious to see where you go with the rest of the story!

Thank you so much for the follow and for the comments and votes in The Love I Need! I was giggling away at all your comments calling out Emilia.

@redemptionsong Thank you so much for this feedback! I've wondered about it for a while, so I'm really glad to hear that you weren't confused along the way. It's also good to know someone was Team Theo early on. I always knew it would be him, but even I got sucked into the Cal/Emy storyline when I was writing it (which is how I ended up with two books instead of one). It'll be interesting to see how you feel about them if you read book one, since you'll know how it all plays out. You might feel like you're cheating on Theo, lol. I know I sorta did when I was working through the revisions on the book.

@LVann26 you caught me I didn’t really read book 1. I started book 2 and thought maybe I should at least read the last chapter of book 1 but I felt like it was fine to read as a standalone. There was possibly context that I could’ve gotten had I read book 1 but I was able to follow the story well enough. It also meant I got on board quickly with Emy and Theo, not having invested in the Cal/Emy relationship as it was happening. Sounds like my kind of angst though so I’ll def catch up at some point.
Happy to hear there’s more to come though. I look forward to reading the next book!

@redemptionsong He certainly put up with a lot of BS, haha.
And it's always a pleasure to share my writing!

Wait, does that mean you read The Love I Need without having read The Love I Found first?
How did it read as a stand alone? I've always felt it needs some work to really make sense as it's own story, so I'm curious if you felt confused along the way or not.
One of these days, I plan to revise the entire book, but for now I'm working on the next book of the series which follows the next generation from the Jones-Morrison clan.
