hey um so i was all for "if it's a chain it's free reign" and all that until i realized it really doesn't hurt the company, it hurts the employees. the ceo of ulta isn't going to suffer if you decide to "borrow" some chapstick or something, (idk what ulta even sells lmao) the workers will get reduced hours, yelled at and possibly fired. please only steal what you really need.
