It isn't random it happened to me yesterday while peeing.
The toilet had an insect on it. It was small. (It came from the dirty grapes we bought. The insects inside the grape box attacked us). So I sit down on the chair and what do you know? I feel something going down to my butthole, I slapped my butt because I thought at first it was just an itchy area ( I slap my but as a way to avoid itching my dirty butt). After the slap apparently the insect couldn't handle my butt and it made it to my hand. I got up and ran because I was scared. I was still peeing. I took a shower after that at 1am.
