@redpandafinnley heyy, just randomly stumbled onto your account. There's lots of apps out there such as Canva, PicsArt and Phonto that you can use. There's another way to get covers on Wattpad, which is by requesting on cover shops. Just search the tag #covershop and many would appear. Lots of communities have them too, like @TheFantasyCommunity . Hope this helps :D
@redpandafinnley oh! Um i really don't know how to explain this but Wattpad actually suggested the app called 'Book cover maker by Desygner for Wattpad and ebooks' I downloaded it and use the free cover!
