            although a bullet to the face wouldn’t really hurt him , it was evident he didn’t want to make a scene . his stance was relaxed , almost harmless looking , like he wasn’t in costume and had the ability to break the other man’s jaw with a single punch , “ depends if you’re gonna put the gun away . i’m not looking for a fight , trust me i’m pretty over them right now . “
            there wasn’t any intention for them to fight for now , invincible was keen on keeping it that way . this was more of a chance encounter above all else .

            Jason was taking that answer as a 'maybe not'. Even if he was, he didn't exactly carry kryptonite on him. Despite the lack of certainty in his gun being of much use right now, he wasn't about to holster it just yet. Not until he was sure, to some degree, that he wouldn't need to try defending himself.
