Hey Regina! I'm a very big fan of yours and you're one of the reasons I write my own fan fictions now. I was wonderings if I give you the rights to the story, if I could make a hunger games wtm ( if you don't know what that is, type it in the search bar on wattled and you will see. ) with your book " When the canary sings". What it would be about is hunger games characters would react to Becca blue ( you book) and the event of the 73rd hunger games and everything after that. I have read " When the canary sings" so many times and love it so much! ( one of my favorite characters is chip he's adorable, I cried so much when he died ) I wanted to ask if it was okay if I could write this since its your writing and I know you have taken a lot of time and effort writing this, so I didn't want to write it with out your permission.
