I am having a hard time compiling enough information for a chapter on subliminals (non-LOA). I'm posting this right now since I wanted it to be known.

One common advice for subliminals to work faster is to "drink water". While I find it silly, I can't disprove that since I am sure there hasn't been any attempt to study it (and setting up one myself would be a hassle, anyway).
Apparently, sleep deprivation can affect the consolidation of neutral and positive memories, while barely affecting memories with negative connotations. What I mean is, if you're sleep deprived, allowing yourself adequate sleep may help your subconscious take in the affirmations.
Considering the main goal of listening to subliminals everyday is to imprint the affirmations to your mind, basic affirmations may be more effective. Like a motto— simple, less and natural can make them memorable.
