Hey! I'm ESTHER. My name sounds like an OLD LADY's name but I think that it sounds sophisticated and intelligent. But I searched it somehow and literally it means "star" in Persian and alternatively it could be a derivative of the name of the Near Easthern goddess ISHTAR, the name of goddess of love and fertility. Yah! I hate it somehow since I was a kid but I'm learning to love it now coz I'm getting older. Ha! Ha!
