I have written three non-fiction works. SCOTLAND'S BLOODY HISTORY which is a bloody look at the history of our nation - I'm told it is a great clarifier of the sequence of our country's history.
LOCH NESS MONSTER EXPLAINED which is acclaimed as the most comprehensive book ever written on the famous subject. It is approached from the sceptical viewpoint.
SO FA LA LAND - a work-in-progress story based on my roots.
I also write hard science fiction set in the immediate future with lots of real science. THE VISITOR is about a dynamic woman astronaut, a doctor of psychology, who discovers something unexpected in low-Earth orbit and gets involved in how to present it to the world.
GREEN DOOR is a work-in-progress with environmental implications. It is about 75% complete on Wattpad currently.
MINDSLIP is a more weird story. In it a 35 year-old male astrophysicist is turned into a 24 year-old Japanese woman while his wife has an even stranger change. It is caused by radiation from Betelgeuse turning supernova.
