          How she expresses herself.

Tara, dagat tayo. 
          
          We always say this when stressed. Healing view, sabi nga nila.  Bakit ba gusto natin magdagat? It must be the magic of nature. But actually, it is more than that. 
          
          1. By the sea, we are enough.
          
          Sa lawak ng dagat, you'll forget that you have standards to meet. That for once, you dont need to be a perfect student, daughter, son, employee, mother, lover or whatever the world demands. There's no need to compete because we already accepted that the sea is greater than us. That what we have, is our bare existence - which is enough. 
          
          2. By the sea, we are humbled.
          
          Humility is not thinking less of ourselves, but thinking of ourselves less. Here, we are reminded that we are not the center of everyone's attention. That our actions, no matter how perfect or not, regardless of the weight we give to it will not change the sea as it is or the world for that matter
          
          3. By the sea, we are at peace. 
          
          Maybe being at peace means knowing that there is something greater than us. It is an art of surrendering and acknowldging that we do not have absolute control. 
          
          "Tara, dagat tayo" is a call for a journey to our inner selves. Not to escape, but to remember. He invites us to be by the sea. He is there. He Who makes us enough, humble and at peace. Isaiah 43:2.

It gets harder each day. But then you love them and no matter how hard it is, you stay because it is still harder without them. So you try to fix everything. When you love someone, you wonder whether they have eaten, they went home safely, whether they are feeling alright or bad. When you love someone you want them to be always in good condition. When you love someone, you want them to stay with you forever. When you love someone, you wipe away their tears, you hold them as long as they wanna be held.           I still miss you. I still search for you. I’m still seeking you from everyone I’ve met, each day.
          
          It’s so hard you know? It’s really hard to forget, to move on and to put away all those few memories.
          
          Little memories that really brought me instant happiness. A happiness that once made me the most happiest girl in the world. Yes, it’s true.
          
          I know you already know it — how much I want you to be happy. Even if that happiness doesn’t include me.  I will wholeheartedly accept it. I guess, I can’t give you that kind of happiness and love that you want. No! Scratch it! I can give the happiness and love that you want, but unfortunately I’m not the lucky one you want to give those to. Sad, but true.
          
          So please understand if it might take too long to unlove you — to kill this feeling. Please don’t worry because I’m still trying. Trying hard everyday. Everynight. Mostly till midnight.
          
          I know you know that you’ve hurt me, but please don’t be sorry. Because saving me was not your job anyway, my dear. What I gave you was a love not wanting for anything in return. An unconditional love. So please don’t be sorry.
          
          For now, just let me feel these. Let me love you from a far. Let me say the words, I LOVE YOU, even when you’re not listening. Let me love you in a silence where you’re only mine. And after that, let me take this one step at a time to finally forget you, to finally move away.
