The new year has been both wonderful and overwhelming stressful, so if anyone has any suggestions on hope to cope with moderate/bad anxiety and dealing with many things at once, I'd really appreciate it I hope everyone is having a good new year and everyone is healthy and happy ( ◜‿◝ )♡
