I don't have a complete idea, but if you want all thoughts of everyone to be seen, as in you can tell what the good guy thinks as well as the bad guy, then i would go with 3rd, but it is more easy to get complete ideas tied in, with first person.

Just wondering if I should do North in first person or third person. Any ideas?
