@Piggiessayoink I AM NOT A CREEP.

You should just be able to click create, go to the chapter that is locked, click edit, on the side bar on the right where you choose the genres and insert tags click "advanced" and the first two options are make private or make public. If that doesn't work, I'm afraid you'll have to listen to the creep below me XD

You have to contact wattpad and ask them to unprivate it. :)
