So, I don't usually post announcements, but you guys probably don't know that I have adhd. And the last week or so I think I've been in a hypermanic episode, bc I've been feeling happier and more hyper than usual, and my thoughts are going faster than normal. But also, I've gotten a collective 12 hours of sleep in the last week alone
Anyway, if any of yall have any tips on how to slow myself down and focus on tasks (such as the chapter I'm working on but very slowly making progress) that would be fantastic :')
