NOTICE.
I’m posting this because I already know that once people start reading CHB, it’s going to be a mix of “I love it” and “I hate it,” and that’s fine. You don’t have to like my writing, my story, or anything I create.
What I don’t understand is why some people feel the need to comment or post negatively about it. If you don’t like how I write or what I write, simply ignore it and move on. There’s genuinely no reason to go out of your way to say something hurtful, especially about something I’ve spent time and effort creating.
Constructive criticism is one thing, and I’m always willing to hear genuine feedback. But unnecessary insults, mocking my writing, making fun of the story, or trying to get other people to dislike it is completely different.
There’s a real person behind CHB, and whether you like the story or not, basic respect costs nothing.
And please, don’t take this the wrong way. You don’t like it? That’s completely fine. You don’t have to announce it, make fun of it, or turn it into content. Just leave it be and keep scrolling.
Not everything you dislike needs to be publicly torn apart. You can simply not read it.
That easy.
