I am an indigenous, Canadian, retired teacher and mental-health counsellor. I have published poetry books, novels, non-fiction, and editorials over a period of fifty years. I am hoping to engage with readers here before I turn the stories here into published books.

My passions are Jungian psychology, Buddhism, naturism, trekking, and most importantly, family.
