31st of July... gods could i ever forget today's date???
Today was the day history was created... a legacy which one woman bestowed upon thousands of ignorant people. People who needed a little magic in their boring lives.
And so it began that "every child in our world knew his name".
The one story which makes thousands smile, makes a glint come into their eyes,lights a fire in their heart and gives hope to their souls. Oh the little light in our rooms which blazed ever so bright while everyone else slept and we read. I stil remember the midnight book opening... the crowds.... the noise. If ever there was magic in this dull boring world, it was but that.
And our very hearts beat as one at the very whisper of that name, the name that gave us life, that became our life, and our very soul sparkles by its thought. And many an empty hour whiled away simply dreaming about what could have been if only they hadnt sent errol with our letter! And the years upon years of believing, i think that's what makes my fandom so special... We never let the magic die, do we?
And then came the movies... a treat for our eyes to see what our hearts knew so well. And the behind the scenes and the bloopers... oh the madness!!!!
It is with our every breath that we pledge ourselves to this. You may call it crazy but only we know what it really is: magic!
Oh the pain we felt and how we weeped for days on end. And our jokes, oh the jokes!!! The inside jokes and the little feuds... we have all been there, together and strong and eternal.
And today,on the official screening of The Cursed Child tgere is so much I want yo say, more yet that can't be put into mere words. How much Harry Potter means to me no tongue can tell. As for our queen... the stars themselves have surrendered themselves before Her, and taken residence in her heart of pure gold!
There is so much more to say... yet i cant carry on!
