@richhwrites first, how long have you been having this ache behind your eye? If it's been a long time go see a eye doctor. If it's has not been that long then, no it's not an aneurysm. It's a possibility that your not drinking enough water, not enough sleep,or you have been looking to much into your TV or phone.... but I'm not a doctor so I would say go see one just incase
