check my last post under this tab /nf, i forgot to have a notif sent out for it and it’s kinda important

I haven’t been active on here in a while, and probably won’t be coming back. But I just wanted to come on and say, out of respect for Techno, I might be taking down ASTF within the next few days. There is a subplot with astf!Techno regarding poison in his arm, and it’s implied that it’s slowly killing him. This was written before the news was shared about Techno’s cancer. While this was obviously completely unintentional, in light of his passing it feels wrong to still have my fic up knowing the real-life parallels and the consequences of them. If I do decide to keep the fic up, I think it’s safe to say I will not be continuing astf, or any fanfic related projects. Thank you for the support, I can’t express how much it has meant to me since the beginning of the fic. Stay safe everybody, never forget how loved you are. <3

          and so Theseus fell, as it currently exists in Wattpad, most likely will not be continued. the rewrite I will probably eventually continue, but this version will probably not be.
          
          astf started as an escape for me, because I was going through a lot and was writing to distract myself, and also I was basically projecting lmao
          
          however when it got popular, it put a lot of pressure on me and it went from a healthy escape to something that caused a lot of stress for me. this sounds dramatic as fuck but it's just like true lol
          
          now, in my current state, I am able to be happy about astf's success. i am grateful for all of you <3 I'm much happier my current wips, and am rewriting astf on my ao3 as a way to keep the idea but make it something I'm happier with 
          
          so yeah, long story short, I am not continuing the version of astf that you all know and love I think. but new stuff will be much cooler and I am much happier with it :)
