I read “Haunt” by riddlefiend and asked if it was AI written then my comment was deleted.
          
          But before it was deleted, @franni_hiraeth also asked if AI assistance was used and since the comment thread was still there, I could see it. @franni_hiraeth also posted a message asking if riddlefiend used AI assistance on her messaging board—to which the writer later denied.
          
          I also questioned why the writer deleted my comment, “This is so good, I hope it isn’t AI” because I wasn’t accusing her of anything, I merely wanted to know. And I’m sure others have asked if she used AI or not. riddlefiend finally responded and said that she can delete comments as she pleases on her books. True, but if you stopped deleting AI related comments and addressed them then it would be more honest than anything else. The writer also went on a tangent defending herself from AI allegations on her messaging board. But I don’t see any allegations, merely questions. It struck as odd that she would get overly defensive over questions regarding AI usage.
          
          I discovered this morning that riddlefiends account is currently disabled.
          
          Having been a writer on here for seven years, I would like to believe that it’s easy to pick up on AI assisted stories, especially when you look at the other works of the same writer. I also recognize AI patterns pretty well and having always been exceeded in my studies, I believe that I am familiar with AI very well.
          
          Not too long ago, I discovered a Tom Riddle fanfic called “Fixation” was commonly using AI, along with others in the comments. People are even more reliable than a typical AI detector.
          
          I post this not to accuse anyone of any AI usage, but to remind readers and other writers that it’s unacceptable and a poor performance of intellect to use AI to write or even assist the stories.

aw damn it, I was really excited to see a writer with so many tmr fics with good plot ideas. very unfortunate that so many people decide to turn to ai when im sure that if they could come up with a plot like that, they could for sure write it out themselves with time and practice!

@christianscoolgf the Professor Riddle one was “Tainted Affinity.” It was also mostly AI written. I’ve seen a few of the same writing repeated before.

I CANNOT with fanfics that have so many damn original characters. You’ve lost the plot.

@randomreader000000 literallyyy, I opened this one book with over TEN ORIGINAL CHARACTERS T-T. As much as I love creative writing, a lot of these characters don’t have enough significance to the story to even be remembered half the time.

Same. The most I’ve ever done is 3 and that was for Game of Thrones, just as a way to follow plots happening in different regions cuz there was no way for 1 character to be everywhere. And it took 3 times as long to write

@Hanmalevi I feel like you’ll don’t need to have much knowledge about the series to read my novels. But having the knowledge would make it so much more interesting! 
            Also, if you don’t have time to watch the movies, I recommend watching commentaries or character analyses on the character you’re reading about it :)

@ riddlefiqs    girl, I haven't watched the Harry Potter series. I know I'm guilty, and I'll watch it next winter because the atmosphere calls for it. But I really want to read your novels about the Characters of the series . Do you think I can understand the events  ?
