          I'm trying to find this book when the boy mc rebirth to the past and didn't have any sickness but due to seeing his step brother which is the cause of his death
          , he suddenly had this unknown disease.
          His father is the duke who is in a war and they were both adopted to the streets in the slums but they are step brothers. The mc plan was to fake his disease and eventually run away.

Bro I love you, I have come to hate romance for their typical fast and cringy relationship stories. Your story the marquis's scum son is INCREDIBLE.
          You my beloved author have not just only made the story very interesting and IT WAS FABULOUS. I have always wanted to find stories like this, where the reincarnated protagonist is the dominant one. But the angst, action and the fact the romance started off from -50 to 999% GOD I appreciate your work greatly!
