Want to lose weight fast & or build muscle. Here's what you do.
• Sleep at least 8 hours a night
• Eat healthy & don't say "I'll start tomorrow."
Start now. If you're eating junk food throw it away. Your done with that as of right now.
• LEARN SELF CONTROL !!!!!
• Dont cut short your exercises, because you're only cheating yourself. Do everything you are supposed to do or else you don't finish. So don't celebrate unless you finish.
• Take a photo at the beginning & track your weight. It's great encouragement.
• NEVER SKIP A WORKOUT !!!!
Remember, the exercises will get so much easier if you do them consistently. But you have to encourage yourself, learn self control & punishment.
Also remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
It will happen over a period of time. But I'm positive that if you work out everyday in 3-6 months you'll see a amazing change.
Work through the pain, "you're already in pain, get a reward from it!"
Having a workout buddy is safer, & it can keep you on track.
& remember to be healthy.
