I'm posting a lot today but you have no idea how happy/confused I was when I maxed out on my Completed reads list.
Happy: I read a lot of books that I could finish and weren't leaving me hanging.
Confused: I didn't know there was a limit to how many books you could have in a reading list. It's actually quite interesting, though limiting.
I guess that goes to show how much I read and how much my preferred genres have changed over the past few years. I reread some stories because they are really good or because other stories just aren't interesting me at the moment. It makes me a little sad to see that I am being a bit more picky towards my preferred genres because it makes it hard for me to find a good story that I will really like.

Also, I find it depressing that I won't be able to read as much as I used because I am a senior now with 4 AP classes, a senior representative, a competitive volleyball player for both club and school teams, a Girl Scout, a member of speech and debate, NHS and CHS, and my grandma's personal driver until her foot heals. I guess I won't be able to read as much I used to because I won't be reading in the car on the way to/from school and practice and I won't have the time to read at home because I'll have a bunch of homework.
I bought a bunch of books prior to the beginning of summer that I wanted to read but with the summer class that I am taking and the traveling between my mom's house, the lake, and reading for school, I have barely got into one of the books.
It's just sad that I am not doing something that I love doing and that I am not making the time to do these things.

Hi, I started a new book 'Anything' it's a BxB.
          https://www.wattpad.com/story/275367968-anything
Please check it out, it's about a 16-year-old boy who's willing to go through extremes to get,
          - his best friend to talk to him again
          - a date with the school’s player
          - closure
          - revenge
Let me know what you think.
Would appreciate comments, advice, pointers, since I'm new at writing.
          Thank you!

okay so I'm debating whether I want to try to write up this weird story that I wrote back in 2018 because I liked writing it even if the story is really in need of editing. It's uber vague and not very descriptive in some areas and way too descriptive in others. I just wanted to get you guys' opinion if I should put in the effort to write and publish a chapter or two or not

Oh. Also I need your help thinking of a story title and cover art because I rarely ever title my works and I sure as hell cannot create cover art.

Bruh I just want to read this story but the author fncking published it. WITHOUT EDITING IT. I fricking love the story and am kinda addicted to it but the grammar and spelling is just awful both in the story on here and the published version, according to the reviews. Reading a story that has terrible grammar and spelling makes it so much more difficult to enjoy that story and its plotline. It just pisses me off that the author didn't hire an editor before self-publishing their book and that their beta/alpha readers, if there are any, aren't being honest and cutthroat, for lack of better word. A ton of the reviews emphasize that the grammar in all the author's stories is horrendous and that they need to an editor, even though the plotline is overall okay. As a child of a strict parent, I want to buy the book and read it but (A) my dad won't let me because it spicy and (B) I don't want to waste my money on something that is super interesting but poorly crafted.
