sneak peak of the first two paragraphs of chapter five!!
‘After that awkward moment,Grover still breathing heavily,but a sense of calm around his aura from chewing on Percy's Pepsi can. In my peripheral vision,Percy taps his knee's with his palms and fingertips,I'm assuming he's flustered from talking to Annabeth,I understand I feel that way with Teddy too. Before I can stop it,a love struck closed smile spreads itself on my lips. Looking up,trying to calm my flushed face before Percy or anyone could tease me for it,purple clouds cast over camp as the stars dangle over the clouds.
The longer I stared the more purple seemed to darken,bleeding into black ,like ink spreading through water; the clouds thickened,the air tasted of ash as vomit churns into my stomach. I immediately knew that something was coming for us. I shifted on the log,sitting on my hands,my eyes fixated on the darkening sky ,my fingers moving nervously.’
