@jcbbrsmith Any criticism is welcome and is ALL constructive. When I uploaded chapter 1 I found I had nowhere to put the Preface So I included it before Chapter 1 starts. In the original PDF copy, it is kept separate. I will try to answer all your other comments separately. Many thanks for your comments.
