          Jungkook stifles a laugh, settling instead for a sly smile. “I see now... you really don’t know who I am.”
          
          Jimin raises a brow, “Are you famous?”
          
          Jungkook blinks at him, momentarily caught off guard by the audacity. Then he bursts out laughing. ‘Are you famous?’ Really? 
          “Well, no,” Jungkook chose to say, shaking his head as his laughter subsides. “Not really. So... you’re from Korea”
          
          “Was that supposed to be a question?” Jimin shoots back without missing a beat.
          
          Jungkook leans in slightly, a playful glint in his eye. “You can always answer if you think it is.”
          
          Jimin takes another sip of his drink, unhurried. “I am. And judging by your face, so are you.”
          
          Jungkook hums thoughtfully. “Half. My maman is Korean. Guess my dad’s genes didn’t stand much of a chance, huh?”
          
          "I see" 
          
          “You know,” Jungkook tilts his head, “you could try acting interested. I promise, it’d suit you.”
          
          Jimin takes a large gulp from his drink, “I don’t act.”
          
          Jungkook lets out a soft whistle. “What a tragedy.”
          
          “What do you want?” Jimin asks, his patience clearly wearing thin.
          
          “Why?” Jungkook counters, tilting his head “Will you give it to me if I tell you?”
          
          Jimin narrows his eyes, his expression bored. “Try me.”
          
          Jungkook taps his lips thoughtfully. “A kiss. For now.”
          
          Jimin snorts, an 'almost' genuine laugh escaping him. “Aw, aren’t you bold?”
          
          “I do my best.” Jungkook leans forward slightly, his voice, a murmur. “So? Will you?”
          
          For a moment, Jimin stares, his gaze unwavering, as though he’s peeling back Jungkook’s layers one by one. His eyes flick to Jungkook’s lips, and that’s all the invitation Jungkook needs. He leans in, closing the distance.
          
          Jimin flinches at first, his shoulders tensing as their lips meet. But then something shifts—whether it’s the alcohol or a fleeting lapse in judgment. His lips part, and he lets Jungkook in, his hand tightening slightly around the glass in his hand.
