Also this kinda makes me pissed off at times that we literally go through a humiliation ritual every time a person with a "weaker" passport tries to travel but when the "stronger" community was suffering they conveniently actually desperately were trying to find trade routes to us. Adapted from the arabic culture ships to learn to sail against the wind yet label them as "middle East/barbaric" traded the "weak" and then colonized us, looted everything then gave a reason "you guys were dumb so we rightfully stolen everything but now don't try to come to our land cuz u all will make it unsafe" 
          
          Kinda translation is "you guys were nice to welcome strangers into your land now your problem not ours. We don't need you anymore so don't try to have a better standard of living by trying to come into our land which lowkey we colonized"

Every time I study history I realise all the miseries this world is somehow caused by white people yet they are still idolized in many countries as the standard while the actual colonies who are kinda "sisters in suffering" still hate each other because apparently they are enemies. It's kinda ironic that we are still in the loop of suffering and hatred. Kinda reminds me of a proverb
