Howdy y’all!
I’m Eva (Rocker), I’m 22 years old, and I hail from the concrete jungle where dreams are made of!— Although I was born in San Diego, and I currently reside in the outer Pittsburgh city.
I started my writing journey off when I was 10, and was required by my 5th grade teacher to write a narrative story— and although I no longer recall what it was about, I wrote incessantly until my hand ached, and I had run out of time in the short week I was given, and had to turn in my very first story before reaching the climax, let alone the resolution (I believe it was just under 4 000 words).
Since then, I’ve fallen for the rhythm of words strung together to speak volumes of my soul; my two pursuits of writing lay in the idea of bringing a world to life to give readers an escape from whatever not-so-great aspects of their reality they wish to leave— if just for the time spent with my stories in hand—, and to bring about a definite joy through the stories less told in the communities I consider myself a part of.
I strive not just for my writing goals, but for academic-based ones, too. My college major is as sporadic as my unmedicated ADHD, but upon meeting Ash in the fall semester of ‘24, he had brought out the long-dormant love for medicine, and I can say with an assured confidence that accompanying my passion to write original fiction (debut novel, here I come!), I long to pursue medical school— with the appropriate, surg-tech stops along the way.

It’s a beautiful thing to know I get to go through important life milestones such as these with my best friend and business partner at my side. For someone who did not have anything close to a best friend for five years prior to meeting him, I can undoubtedly call Ash the solace I needed at that time in my life, and through for the rest of the time in which I walk on Mother Earth.
In a writing session not even a full 24 hours beforehand (November 04, 2025), I turned to Ash and insisted we had to start a writing account together, posting our little short stories and tidbits as we both reached closer and closer to the stars.
Ash agreed without a doubt, and thus, Rocker & Sakura Inc. was born.

My names Ash. I'm 25 years old and hail from the city that bleeds black and gold. It was my deep love for writing shorts stories and my dream to become a published author that brought me here. I'm currently in the works of publishing my debut novel and can't wait to share my journey with you all.
When I'm not writing or out in the city for sports events. You'll probably find me studying. I'm a college student majoring in Surgical Technology, balancing my passion for story telling with my future career in the healthcare system.
Last Fall (2024 to be exact) during an Advanced English Comprehension class, I met someone who would soon become my business partner and best friend. Eva Rooker. Over the past year, we've built a wonderful friendship around our work and passion for writing. And now, we're thrilled to bring that energy here in our shared account.
Together. Eva and I created a space to share our stories, our passion and little pieces of our lives with you, our viewers and friends. We hope you feel at home here and enjoy reading our works just as much as we enjoyed writing them.
