hi guys :) it's been a while. originally i was typing this SUPER long post realised it was too long for y'all to read so i just deleted the whole thing and started it over from scratch.
to put it simply, what i've wanted to say for months, since my last update here, is that i've finally moved on from the dsmp fandom.
i'm quite certain that almost all of you (if not everyone) has already moved on and forgotten about me and my works, but i just wanted to put it out there, for anyone who might be waiting, that i've moved on and won't be writing dsmp fanfics anymore.
it's been a wonderful 2 years of the dsmp fandom, but frankly, since the start of this year, i've not been feeling the same about it. don't get me wrong, i'm glad i discovered the dsmp, but after all the conflicts/dramas surrounding the dsmp members, it’s not fun to write about anymore. and i've found things, wonderful things that make me happy, at least happier than i was 2 years ago.
i know it's quite unnecessary to be rambling about this but i think that i’m writing all this out for myself too; for my peace of mind.
i know this isn't that big of a deal; a random 14 year old girl announcing her departure from a minecraft server fandom, but again, this post is also for my own self to read, and honestly, i just felt like being dramatic LMAOO
however, i won't be abandoning this account. i'll still be online almost everyday, and i might infrequently update the songshots and oneshots because frankly, i don't think i can ever stop loving the dsmp characters' many different, flawed personalities. (the creators will be wholly separate from said characters though). but i will never start up a new dsmp fanfiction again other than those two books.
so yeah, that's the end of my dsmp phase. thank you for sticking with me throughout all this, and for reading this lengthy post. (seriously, thanks for reading all this. i love you) i wish you all luck in whatever you decide to do :D
