I'm currently at the doctor because i badly hurt my foot and honestly now would be my chance to say something about my mental health but I'm too scared i don't even know what to say

i know none of you care but.. 
          i don't know what to do anymore. I'm so lost. everything is so bad and nothing is getting better. everything is getting worse. my anxiety is so bad i feel anxious every second even if i don't act like it. I'm tired of constantly being scared I'm going to die and panicking so much.
          
          
          i feel like they hate me and they're sick of me always venting and all that. i feel like they just don't care. i never wanna vent to anyone cause whenever i tell people my feelings i either get ignored or told to stop being dramatic or i get yelled at. I'm sick of people always saying things get better because nothing is getting better. things have been bad for years and it only keeps getting worse. i always tell others things get better but i never believe it myself. i wish all of this would stop. I'm so sorry for ever hurting anyone. I'm sorry for being rude. I'm sorry for not being there. I'm sorry for being so cold. I'm sorry for everything.
          
          
          i feel like they don't understand. they do a lot of the same stuff i do which hurts because there's NO WAY they are going through the SAME EXACT stuff as me. it makes me so mad and i wish they would just stop. i wanna give up so bad everything hurts and i can't take it anymore. i always make everything worse and i know everyone hates me. i don't want this anymore.
