Does anyone do book critiques? I'm submitting a book for a contest and I wanted to get it proof-read first :)

Okay so I was writing some stuff in my book today and I'd finished writing my characters' backstories, so I was writing dialogue and I've discovered that I SUCK at writing dialogue.
          Like, I know my characters really well but when I try and make them speak it all goes downhill from there. My dialogue is so dry I can't stand it lmao
