It’s never about being good enough for them. It’s about being great enough for yourself.

Meeting old people is weird. Like they know about you but you have never met them before. Ther are all like” Oh your are HER granddaughter” and “I knew your dad when he was in diapers” . But then I also met a lady who asked “Are you Brian’s son?” Like I don’t know a Brian, but nice to meet you.

@rose3queen literally
            the problem is though that my grandparents live in another country soooooo it’s only happened once or twice to me over there

So I just read The Lord of the Rings and I am so disappointed that they left out the whole “Saruman taking over the Shire” chapter.

          1 Lobelia Sackville- Baggins redemption ( trying to beat up a ruffian with her umbrella, the fact the whole Shire LOVED her after this, and how she gave Frodo Bag End and her inheritance after she died within the next year.

          2. The fact the orcs/half orcs called Saruman Sharkey. Saruman thought it was an affectionate nickname, but it actually came from the Orkish word for “old man”(as said in the footnotes). For some reason I found this hilarious.

          3. The fact that 70 men died and only 19 hobbits died.

          4. The hobbits creeping out and surrounding the ruffians,and they all surrendered.

          5. I loved how when the Shirrifs saw the revolution the joined it instead of stopping it!
              DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE HOBBITS!
          I would heavily suggest reading Tolkiens’ works.

@rose3queen I have a friend with the same name as you, and the other day she recited a poem from the Fellowship (quickly, quickly with the plates!) and one from the Hobbit which I don’t remember, AND THEN YOU POST A LORD OF THE RINGS?

Yesterday my family got into a car crash. My brother was the only one hurt. His right hip is hurting. This means it hurts him to stand. FYI: we were 2 hrs away from our home and going to a family reunion. Like five o my younger cousins treated him like a god. He just sat in a chair while one cousin held an umbrella over his head, one brought him pizza, and the rest asked him what happened. It was hilarious.
          The paramedic was really nice. His name was Kyle. I want to be a paramedic now.

Just a little pain in my side. Nothing serious. Thanks for asking.

Oof. Once, at my school, the vice principal put on a “Bill NYE” episode, and SKIPPED THE INTRO. You heard me right. SHE SKIPPED THE INTRO FOR A BILL NYE EPISODE. WHO DOES THAT? But like, seriously.
