Barry was just lying in bed, staring at the ceiling. “If I turned into a werewolf, I’d make sure to turn you to so you’d always be with me” he said randomly. 

“Would you believe me if I said it was an accident?” Barty asked, staring at the still burning remains of the curtains that had been around Evan’s bed. He was grinning, the flickering fire light reflected in his eyes. 

“Evan. Did you know that Barty made a binding contract with a gryffindor, for the gryffindor to be his servant?”

You know what really grinds my gears? When in any specific fandoms people just completely go against the time period and just make shit up without even looking into it, that defeats the whole purpose and makes for a shitty and very ignorant and possibly offensive portrayal. It takes two seconds to look it up and goddamnit if I see more of this shit I'm going to swing on someone because seriously it feels like some people don't even know who or what they're portraying.
