went to the salem night faire last night and literally had hearts eyes the entire time, i usually avoid salem like the plague during october but i’m so glad i went omg i got so many amazing oddities and dark gothic decor for my gallery wall ahhhh,, it was at the pioneer village where they filmed the opening scenes of hocus pocus which i’ve seen during the day but it was so cool to see it at night and how they made it even more creepy LOVEE

@sylverwxngs highly recommend mt auburn cemetery in cambridge, great walk for scenery especially in fall! the dark side of boston tour by boston by foot is honestly one of the best tours if you’re interested in that type of stuff. salem is genuinely fun for halloween and the history in general and there’s ton to do depending what you’re interested in (some recommend shops are the black veil, nocturne, vampfangs, salem witch village and the lost library, coven, black cat. if you like coffee; black craft, gulu gulu cafe, odd meter) but a lot of people are shocked just how small it is lmao it’s only like 8 square miles and everything halloween/witch related is all packed in within a 4 block radius, just expect to be waiting in line for literally everything cause they’re not equipped for crowds doubled their population. i do hope you have fun, i love living in massachusetts its such a great place ❤️❤️
