1. You're stronger than you think:
Even if you don't feel like it, you are.
You have made it through 100 percent of your worst days.
If that isn't strength, I don't know what is.
2. You don't have to be perfect:
Everyone makes mistakes.
It's crazy how we can accept others' for their imperfections but not ourselves, isn't it?
Being flawed is human.
Don't hate yourself for being human.
You're perfectly imperfect.
You're you.
3. You're never alone:
No matter what you're going through, and even when you feel the most isolated from everyone, there is always someone that cares.
Someone that will be there for you.
Someone that will listen.
Someone that loves you.
4. You are allowed to cry:
Expressing your feelings isn't a sign of weakness.
There's no shame in shedding tears.
You don't have to keep everything inside.

5.You're going to make it:
It's always darkest before the dawn.
Just because things have been bad for a while doesn't mean they'll always be that way.
You didn't come this far for nothing.
