Just want to give a heads up. There is a site called Teenfic that is stealing from Wattpad. They are copying whole profiles.
          It is a mirror site that is copying from Wattpad. There is a petition to take down the site.

          I found your book ( Christmas with Nick Klaas) I was surprised to see it mentioned as a Watty Shortlist 2021. I am looking into this site because numerous Wattpad authors works have be stolen and posted there. I thought you would like to know. I am not doing this to gain anything. @Darcmoon76 5 years.... even with the malware, this is so wrong for the authors that put in the work. Why won't Wattpad do anything. To be able to mirror this site on such a scale points to someone having access through a worm or something similar. Wattpad can check and remove stuff like that. 
            I just can't believe there is nothing that I can do to help the author I spoke about. 
            Thank for replying.  I will talk with the one that sent me on the miserable rabbit whole.

@Darcmoon76 It looks like TeenFic has been mirroring Wattpad stories for at least five years. These types of sites are usually hosted in countries that have very loose copyright enforcement (or none at all), so there's very little chance of getting them to comply with DMCA removal requests that are the authors' responsibility (Wattpad only gets involved for stories that it has published by Wattpad Books or has movie deals with). The good news is, that these types of sites including TeenFic almost always also have malware or viruses that they pass along to people who use them, so there is some penalty on the back end for book pirates!
