Hello.
          
          No. Your eyes aren't deceiving you. It's me, Amber. So, where have I been? Well, to be frankly honest, I've been taking a break. From writing. A long break.
          
          I haven't been posting since I felt burnout. I've been writing as a hobby for the past 4 years when 2021 came. I didn't have anything else to do in my free time and eventually...got bored of it by July. Not to mention my love for Pokemon wasn't as strong as it used to be, therefore halting my progress.
          
          So in October I decided to take a break and focus on doing something else. Like drawing. Then it kinda hit me. I'm able to express myself better in my drawings rather than writing.
          
          As time passes on I was able to improve my art better. Also, I'm 2 years away from taking the biggest exam of my life and I had study time piling onto my already packed schedule. So....I sacrificed my Wattpad time and didn't really write much.
          
          So, why now of all times have I decided to speak? Well, nothing much really. I still have no time to come up writing anything. If I do want to return to Wattpad, I want my next book to be an original idea of mine. Something that I am truly passionate about.
          
          Unfortunately, yes this does indirectly mean that until I change my mind, Hoenn Journeys is discontinued. For now at least. Sorry for not completing it, but I don't enjoy writing Pokemon lately. I still read the mangas though.
          
          So yeah, that is...all. For now. I'm sorry to disappoint all of you. Till we meet again.

You didn’t disappoint me at all! It’s good to see you back Amber! I’d love to read your original story once you get around to posting it. Yet, despite your burnout from the Pokémon story, you still write really well, never forget that. Not a lot of people have that type of talent or skill for no reason. So keep it up! 
            
            Write when you are passionate about it. 
            
            Also, try posting your artwork into a separate book too, I’m sure a lot of your followers and other newcomers, especially me would like see that, or a comic too! Anyway, hope you’re doing well!

Hi there.
          
          Its been, what, 2 months, since I last posted an update. Time sure does fly pass because it definitely hasn't felt two months for me.
          
          So, updates, where have I been? Well, drawing. A crap ton of drawing.  And school work as well.
          
          Chapter 19 of PHJ is near its completion so stay tuned for that! Its probably going to be released before the 26th which is the day where I'll get my second vaccine shot, so yeah.
          
          That's all I have to say for now, feel free to ask questions!

Me re-reading Chapter 1 to recall what I wrote;
          "I NEED to rewrite this whole thing."
          
          So there you go. Chapter 1 has gone through a rewrite. No major changes that change the plot, just a chapter name change and improvement on grammar and spelling ( I hope ).

I did the exact same thing when I went through my manuscript months ago, I was like, REALLY! This first chapter isn’t coherent at all. Lol! XD
