about the parkland Florida shooting, I want to add that our school rarely ever does any fires drills or lockdown drills. Usually, the fire drill goes off, and everyone just looks annoyed, but no one ever attempts to leave the classroom. One time I was in the locker room after school and the fire alarm went off. All of my friends were laughing and giggling, but then the security walked in and told us there was a fire and we had to evacuate.
