today i read a comment about how once a book is published, it’s no longer the author’s, but the audience’s. i think that’s reflective on what’s currently happening within the harry potter fandom.

i will not be throwing away my harry potter books, nor will i stop writing but i do not agree with JKR’s views. trans women are women, trans men are men. and their lives matter.
