Yeah if he did live tho I think his stand would have something like hypnosis that's why I mainly made siren song the stand can also see your soulmate hypnotize you and make you see things that's not there but it's yellow eyes are enough to harm you I have others is your interested

@Gioisbestboi caesar won't be much of that help unless he has a stand too. But sometimes I think he could team up with Joseph and somtimes surprise Dio with Hamon but I don't think that would work since he's manifesting Jonathan's body who also uses hamon :)
