Girl do not worry everything wlll be fine go with a light calorie deficit and hit the gym (i gained 7kg once and lost em in 2 months and gauned muscles i looked even better than before lol) consistency is the key if u wanna skip the day go tomorrow but never give up and good luck mwah

Take care of yourself, self growth and love are not an easy pathway but I’m sure that you can work it out! Take it easy, discipline comes with patience too, you’ll see the results day by day if you set a goal for yourself.

@cheryste hii! my favorite books are confidential desires and feel my heart! confidential desires became one of my favorites because that’s the book i genuinely enjoyed writing the most, and i never really ran out of ideas for every chapter. for feel my heart, it’s because of the plot and the way the story flows. i honestly amazed myself because sometimes i even get emotional when i read it hihi
