Guess who’s back after her fifth hiatus in roughly two years? Me!
A levels has been one hell of a ride, but I am glad (and honestly, surprised) that I managed to survive the first year. Sorry for disappearing on you guys again. Let’s just hope that this does not happen another time, but you really can’t know with me, can you?
Anyway, it’s pretty great to be back. And it makes me immensely happy to see my fellow writers doing so well :)

@Jesuis01 Sometimes excessive planning can prove to be more problematic then helpful. I tried it with a scifi novel of mine, and I just planned it so much, I felt like I had already told the story. Whenever I plot, I like to keep it to a minimum so the thrill of telling the tale does not leave me.

So for the news. I don't really know if it's good or bad, kind of like a mix of both.
I have been on hiatus because I was preoccupied with high school (it was my last year so naturally, everything was super crazy), then college applications and interviews, and I had to pick up some extra circulars to make my résumé look fancy.
Amidst all of that, I couldn't squeeze time in for Wattpad. But now it is vacations, so things have quieted down a bit.
The good news is that I did get to do some writing on my time off, and I am going to be uploading it shortly. But the bad news is that the writing is not related to The Dare. I haven't written a single word since I last updated and I am incredibly sorry for that.
While I was clearing things up after exams, I might have mistakenly thrown away my planning notes for The Dare. So now I am at loss for what to do. I am not going to take The Dare down as of now, I'll think about it later.
However, today, I will be posting the first chapter of a story that I have been writing when I did manage to make some time, and I am super excited for all you guys to see it.

As for The Dare, if inspiration hits and you suddenly get an idea on how to end it then that's great but there's no point fretting over it.
