/ introduction :
sylus was once a charming , protective , and intelligent man with a strong sense of right and wrong . after discovering a mysterious mirror hidden inside an abandoned house , he begins a slow transformation into something dark and supernatural . as his humanity fades , sylus becomes colder , more manipulative , and increasingly dangerous , gaining the ability to control reflections , shadows , and fear . beneath the monster he becomes , a small part of the man he once was still remains — but it is slowly disappearing .
the first encounter one may have with sylus is prior to him discovering the mirror . his transformation will be slow , unnoticeable at first .. book discussing his backstory further is soon to follow .
